Pam Reaves of NELLA LLC is a thought leader who is excited to team up Michele' Williams and ACT II, PEG. Pam will be bringing nearly 40 years of experience in diverse corporate cultures to Michele’ and the new structure of ACT II, PEG family, as an Executive Consultant.  In her role with ACT II, PEG, Pam will be involved in corporate and client development, as well as strategic planning.   Pam has worked directly with some of the most celebrated Wall Street executives. She has vast business development and management experience in the areas of human resources, labor relations, finance, and commercial real estate. She has lead peak performing teams that deliver lucrative results to corporate bottom lines.

Pam is the Owner and CEO of NELLA LLC, a Maryland limited liability company.  She is a Certified Professional Coach, published author, national motivational speaker, empowerment event facilitator, and Creator & Owner of Essentially Good Skincare.

Pam has appeared on a number of television and radio talk shows, and participated in numerous blog-talk radio shows. She has been a relationship columnist with several online publications, such as CopaStyle Magazine, and Positivity4Ever. Pam is a recipient of several awards including: Black Wall Street, National Association of Professional Women, Woman of the Year 2012, and Covington’s Whose Who VIP 2012. Her first book has been used as a teaching tool by Ray of Hope Kenya. Ray of Hope Kenya’s women’s empowerment initiative was birthed out of the book’s exploration of healthy vs. toxic relationships. Pam has also been a featured author and speaker at a host of  other cultural events, book festivals, and expos.
